This group of materials contains documents relating to the Exhibitions Committee at Parsons between 1969 and 2006. The Committee is responsible for hanging and coordinating all art exhibitions held at Parsons. The materials are composed of memos concerning the content, scheduling and budget of exhibitions; policies relating to galleries and exhibitions; loan agreements for artworks; publicity materials for exhibitions and the guestbook from a 1984 exhibition. A number of posters promoting exhibitions sponsored by Gimbel Library will be found in the Parsons School of Design poster collection.
