Scope and Contents
According to The New School Bulletin (vol. 23, no. 2), this training program was intended for "120 professionals who will occupy key staff positions in the City's poverty program." The trainees would go on to positions in the city's Community Action Centers. The program was initially overseen by Emil Starr, northeast regional director of the Foreign Policy Association. Folder originally titled "Poverty program."
