In the first of two segments, an unidentified person introduces Ken Heyman. Heyman announces that he will talk about style and his interest in how photographers' personal style changes over time. Heyman then presents a slideshow of photographs from his twenty-five year career, including more recent work, providing background on his methods and techniques. Workshop participants ask questions throughout. The second segment begins with Heyman telling a story about getting arrested and the challenges of being an international photographer. He follows with a discussion of gender, sharing his beliefs about female photographers and the position of women in the field. In a discussion with a student from India, Heyman contends that women in India have more power than women in the United States. Participants ask questions throughout.
