This series includes files on organizations, institutions, and events that Gideonse was involved in. These files consist of correspondence, planning documents, financial and legal documents, press releases, and scholarship applications. A large part of this series contains materials relating to Freedom House, including publications and correspondence. Of note in this series are papers from the New School Graduate Faculty's Fortieth Anniversary Conference, materials regarding a proposed Center for the Study of Television and Politics, and the syllabus for a program Gideonse developed titled “Freedom and Order.”
