 File — Box: Mixed nav_1, Reel: NS070201_000013

Scope and Contents

The event on the first recording begins in the middle of an exchange between Richard Levy and participants in a class, discussing aspects of child psychology. The first recording ends while the class is still in session. The second recording begins in the middle of Levy reading and responding to a written question from a member of the class. He distributes course materials to class participants, after which he lectures on Jean-Jacques Rousseau's Social Contract, Freud, and other subjects. The second recording ends while the lecture is still in progress. These recordings may be fragments from Levy's lecture, "On the Analytic Interpretation of the Psychology of Women," or from another lecture from Anne Steinmann's course, Male Dilemma and Female Quandary: the search for greater understanding between men and women in today's society.
