Calendars and appointment books designed and printed by the Parsons School of Design Department of Graphic Design. Some have individuals' names on them, such as the 1966 calendar, with prints of iron coal chute covers created by Jessica Weber and Gordon Baker, begun as an independent study. Others merely credit Parsons School of Design Department of Graphic Design, or have no attribution.

John Russo designed many of the items in the file, which includes a program for a Parsons School of Design fashion exhibition (1964); "A statement by the Board and President of Parsons" (1971); "Questions and Answers about Parsons" (1991); and a Parsons School of Design undergraduate interior design brochure.
