Consists of two reversed stats of renderings by Robert Martin of Yale-Burge. According to Dwork, these renderings were made for a design proposal submitted to the Ritz Tower at 57th Street and Park Avenue. Ultimately, the job was awarded to another designer, but Dwork believed these two to be superior.

Schwadron was an executive for Best & Company. The site of this office would later become the Olympic Towers, constructed in 1973. Dwork had clients in the new building.
