Architect Harry Bates (Bates Architects, Sag Harbor, New York) built this weekend house for Dwork in 1967. He was the first and only occupant when these photographs were taken.
Shelter Island, 1993-2002
In the late 1980s, Dwork sold his Fire Island weekend house and purchased a small one-room cottage on Shelter Island, which he later expanded.
