The first major retrospective exhibition of Carlo Scarpa's art, architecture, and design, Carlo Scarpa (1906-1978): Drawings and Photographs was organized by Zambonini and the OAD and opened in 1983 at the OAD studio on West 29th St. The exhibition traveled to several other locations in 1985, including the NYC Italian Cultural Institute, Miami University of Ohio, and the University of Quebec at Montreal.
