It consists of a new graduate student welcome address given by the new Milano Dean, Neil R. Grabois (2010-2013), and New School president, David Van Zandt (2011-2020), among others. Sound levels go down at approximately minute 4:15-7:00. This is true of the original file on the disc. The metadata report did not include creation date information. The disc inscription date (1/20/2011) is likely accurate.
