A set of rolled blueprints for the "Scheider Residence," an apartment at 425 East 58th Street in Manhattan. The set of blueprints includes elevations, demolition and construction plans, and schedules for hardware, plumbing, lighting, and electrical. Gruber was a consulting designer for the project.
