A set of rolled blueprints for the "Scheider Residence," an apartment at 425 East 58th Street in Manhattan. The set of blueprints includes elevations, demolition and construction plans, and schedules for hardware, plumbing, lighting, and electrical. Gruber was a consulting designer for the project.

These folders contain sketches, plans, correspondence, and documents related to the Age of Information exhibit at EPCOT Center at Disney World for which Walter created a kinetic sculpture installation which remained there through the 1980s into the early 1990s.
