The small number of digital files that comprise this series were furnished to the New School Archives by David Rosenberg, manager of internal communications in the New School Marketing and Communications office, in 2014. Because Rosenberg had been engaged in the production of the publication, files in this series sometimes contain parts of the final version, as well as background material used for content creation. For this reason, when there was duplication between Rosenberg's files and the files of Ted Barber in Series 1, the archives opted to retain the Barber files and not to retain the Rosenberg files.
