Summary
Menachem Zur (born 1942) is an Israeli composer who studied at Mannes College of Music (now, Mannes School of Music), and Columbia University. His compositions are influenced by modernism, post-tonal music, and set theory, as well as traditional Jewish music. The collection includes various chamber music scores by Zur, mostly in photocopy form, as well as a recording of several of his compositions.

Two sizes of cards with photographs. The smaller cards match the style and size of a carte de visite, while the larger ones more closely match the later fashion of a cabinet card, as would have been more common in the late 19th century.Contains pictures of prominent artistic figures of the time, including Johannes Brahms, Pablo de Sarasate, and Alfred Corning Clark himself.
