Images of various IRP events in the form of JPG and JPEG files were migrated from CD-R. The printed photographs were retained because they contain annotations identifying subjects or events photographed, as well as the corresponding file name of the image on the disks.

This series consists of printouts of the Weekly Observer. New School librarian Carmen Hendershott compiled the physical copies in this series. Archives staff only retained the physical version where no electronic or web version of the same issue could be identified. Notably, this series includes the very first issue of the publication, dated September 2, 1997, in which email recipients are introduced to the New School's weekly online publication.
