Dorothy and Peter Bergquist concert programs
This collection consists of concert and recital programs from the Mannes College of Music, and other organizations, compiled by soprano Dorothy Clark Bergquist and bassoonist Peter Bergquist, who graduated with bachelor's degrees from Mannes in 1956 and 1958 respectively, and served as Mannes Extension Division faculty for a period afterward.
Elizabeth Aaron records
Elizabeth Aaron taught ear-training in the Techniques of Music department of Mannes College of Music (later, Mannes School of Music at The New School) from 1957 to 2017. The collection consists of administrative files relating to Aaron’s committee roles, Mannes board of trustee minutes, notebooks, recordings, photographs, and materials pertaining to the attempted merger of Mannes and Manhattan School of Music in 1978.
Harry Scherman Library Grille collection
The Harry Scherman Library served as the main library facility for the Mannes College of Music from 1965 to 2016, originating at Mannes’s 157 East 74th Street location, and later existing at 150 West 85th Street from 1984 to 2016. The Scherman Library, over the course of its history, stored various music-related items of ephemera which constitute this collection.
Janet Mabon scrapbook
Entitled, "My Memory Book of Musical Experiences," this scrapbook was kept by Janet Mabon (1904–1965), a voice student at the David Mannes Music School from 1923 to 1925. The scrapbook contains black and white photographs of Mabon, her friends, and her voice teacher, Giulio Silva; concert and recital programs; school progress reports; press clippings; and correspondence.
Mannes Camerata collection
The Mannes Camerata, founded in 1981 by Paul Echols, was Mannes College of Music's early-music ensemble. It was comprised of students, faculty, and graduates of the combined undergraduate and graduate early music programs at the Mannes, which joined The New School in 1989. The collection contains scores, schedules and program notes, photographic materials, librettos, press releases, and correspondence.
Mannes College Chamber Music and Orchestra concert programs
This collection of formerly bound concert programs for the Mannes Chamber Ensemble and the Mannes Orchestra was compiled by former Mannes School of Music orchestra manager Kelly Edwards.
Mannes College of Music administrative records collection
The New School Archives staff created the Mannes College of Music administrative records collection by integrating several collections documenting the Mannes College of Music (now, Mannes School of Music). The collection includes correspondence, event flyers, photographs, legal records, meeting minutes, illustrations, administrative records and reports.
Mannes College of Music Concert Office collection
Collection consists of concert programs for Mannes School of Music student and faculty recitals as well as promotional materials for other school performances. Also includes press releases and event calendars. Mannes was established in 1916 by David and Clara Mannes and became a division of The New School in 1989. As of 2018, Mannes is part of The New School's College of Performing Arts.

Mannes Prep records
The Mannes Preparatory Division, otherwise known as Mannes Prep, is the pre-college music education program offered by the Mannes School of Music, a division of The New School. This collection holds recordings of performances by Mannes Prep students from select periods, as well as some accompanying program materials, and photographs.
