This collection consists of concert and recital programs from the Mannes College of Music, and other organizations, compiled by soprano Dorothy Clark Bergquist and bassoonist Peter Bergquist, who graduated with bachelor's degrees from Mannes in 1956 and 1958 respectively, and served as Mannes Extension Division faculty for a period afterward.

Reverberations: Women and Music was a two-day colloquium primarily held at The New School, March 9-10, 1995. The event, consisting of lectures, panel discussions, and concerts, focused on the history of women in music. The collection consists of sound and video recordings.
